Privacy Policy

Omaia is operated by Omaia AB, registered in Sweden (org. nr 559525-1397). We are the data controller for your personal data.

When you sign up for early access or create an account, we collect your email address and basic account information to manage your access to Omaia Sense.

When you join the waitlist on this website, we collect your email address. We use it only to tell you when Omaia Sense is ready, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

When you use the Contact us form (including after typing your email address in the “Join us” box in the footer), we collect what you enter: who you are, your name, email address, organisation and message, and, if you share your story, how you would like to appear. We use it only to reply to you, and nothing is published without your approval. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a person and not a bot. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser for this check.

When you use the App, you may share health and wellbeing information — such as how you're feeling about pregnancy and birth, and your responses to guided exercises. This is sensitive personal data under GDPR. We only process it with your explicit consent, which we ask for separately during onboarding. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We also collect standard usage data (how you use the App, device type, crash logs) to improve the product.

Maia is our AI wellbeing guide. The text you share with Maia is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic. Your data is not used to train AI models and is not retained by Anthropic beyond the session. Maia is not a therapist, doctor, or medical device — it delivers structured, evidence-based wellbeing content within strict boundaries.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We work with a small number of service providers to operate the App and this website — including Google Cloud (infrastructure, EU), Google Workspace (forms and spreadsheets that store waitlist and contact messages), Anthropic (AI processing), Auth0 (authentication) and Cloudflare (bot protection on our forms). All are contractually bound to protect your data.

Some providers are based in the United States. We protect these transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses (EU) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your account and wellbeing data is kept for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Usage data is kept for 12 months. Inactive accounts are flagged for deletion after 24 months.

On this website we use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see which pages are used and where people get stuck. Clarity is off until you accept. Until then it does not load and sets no cookies.

You can change that choice at any time from Cookies in the footer. Declining after you have accepted removes Clarity's cookies. What you type into our forms is masked in recordings. If you have accepted, we also record which sections, buttons, links and forms are used, and group visits by interest (for example, the podcast or the app), but never what you write in a form.

Clarity is provided by Microsoft and may process this data in the United States. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Some pages show players from other services: our podcast episodes from Spotify and our pitch video from YouTube (Google). These players load with the page, not only when you press play, so Spotify and Google receive your IP address and technical details such as your browser, and may set their own cookies, even if you never press play and whatever you chose about Clarity. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which stops YouTube storing information about you until you play the video.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@omaia.ai and we'll respond within one month.
